Bhutan's glacial rivers meet at Punakha, and every trip that spends a night there can put a morning on the water - a gentle grade I-II float past the dzong, or a grade III-IV whitewater run for anyone who wants to paddle hard. We don't sell rafting as a package on its own; it comes as part of the itineraries below.

  • A relaxed journey into Bhutan's historic winter capital, combining grand architecture, sacred sites, scenic walks, and traditional village life. Explore the magnificent Punakha Dzong, hike through rice fields to Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten, and spend a morning on the water - a gentle grade I-II float down the Mo Chhu past the dzong, or a grade III-IV whitewater run on the Pho Chhu for anyone who wants it.
